Bharti delays NE project

In our last issue of Apr 2019, we carried out a story titled, “USO Funded Mobile Scheme in NE: With only a month left, Bharti could do just 50 sites out of a total of 2,004 sites.” In the story we exposed massive delays in rolling out of an important project by Bharti Airtel in which the government had targeted providing mobile connectivity to 2,128 villages in the north east.
