ZEEL issues disconnection notice to cable TV networks in Maha
Media conglomerate ZEEL has issued disconnection notices to a number of cable TV networks in Maharashtra for non-payment of outstanding dues, non-signing of distribution agreement, non-submission of SMS report, and non-cooperation in audit.
The broadcaster has issued a public notice stating that the ZEE group of channels will be deactivated to these networks three weeks from the data of issuance of the notice.
The cable TV networks are from length and breadth of Maharashtra.
Poona Cable Systems & Services, Bhawani Rajesh Digitech Services, Space Vision Digital Network, and Soham Cable Network have been issued notice for non-payment of outstanding dues, and non-signing of distribution agreement.
As many as 22 cable TV networks have been issued disconnection notice for non-payment of outstanding dues, non-signing of distribution agreement, and non-submission of SMS report.
These include ACN Cable Network, City Channel Cable Network, Rizwan Cable Network, Ganga Cable Network, LMO Digital Cable Net Solutions, Shri Rahul Cable Network, Shiv Cable Network, Mahesh Satellite Communication Network, Sapna Cable Network, Satellite Cable Communication, Balaji Cable Network, Rainbow Digitech, Manoranjan Vision, Muktai Cable Network, Manoranjan Cable Network, Pimpri Chinchwad Media Communication, Balaji Cable Network, BCN Cable Network, Hannure Cable Network, Sky Touch Cable Vision, Viraj Cable Network, and Lonar Cable Network.
The broadcaster has issued notices to 15 cable networks for outstanding dues, non-signing of distribution agreement, non-submission of SMS report, and non-cooperation in audit.
These include Siddeshwar Cable Network, Prince Cable Network, Shri Om Sai Cable Network, Sana Cable Network, Sai Vision Cable Network, Nitin Digital Network, Shakuntala Karan Digital & Internet, Chandrama Cable Network, Swamy Cable Network, Netaji & Trimurti Cable Network, MK Entertainment Channel, Ajantha Cable Network, Bhusawal Cable Network, and Chalisgaon Cable Network.
Nandini Vision, Creative Cable Network, and Saiicha Cable Network have been issued disconnection notices for non-signing of distribution agreement, non-submission of SMS report, and non-cooperation in audit.
Sai Vision Cable Network Varrand has been pulled up for non-payment of outstanding dues, non-submission of SMS report, and non-cooperation in audit.
Another 15 cable networks have been pulled up for non-payment of outstanding dues, non-signing of distribution agreement, non-submission of SMS report, and non-cooperation in audit.
