Smartphone brand to have 250 retail stores in TS

Realme smartphone in the segment of affordable smart phones would have 250 retail stores across Telangana, said Deepesh Punamia, national head-sales (offline), here on Wednesday.

He said the brand with six models has been successfully performing on e-commerce platforms since May 2018. Offline sales were launched three months ago with 10 cities and it would be expanded to 150 cities by the year-end with 20,000 outlets. In Telangana, Realme devices were available in 90 retail stores and the target is 250 stores by May-end.

“Realme has become the young and successful brand in a short span of time and is priced in the range of Rs. 7,000 to Rs. 17,000. It has become the leading brand in the below Rs. 10,000 segment,” he claimed.
