Realme 5, Realme 5 Pro launched in India, prices start ₹9,999

After just four months of launching the Realme 3 Pro, the Chinese smartphone brand refreshed the series with two new smartphones—the Realme 5 and Realme 5 Pro. Realme has skipped the number four because it is considered inauspicious by the Chinese.

The Realme 5 is priced at ₹9,999 for the base 3GB/32GB variant. The smartphone also comes in 4GB/64GB and 4GB/128GB variants that are priced at ₹10,999 and ₹11,999. The smartphone goes on its first sale on 27 August at 12 Noon.

The Realme 5 Pro also comes in three variants—4GB/64GB starting at ₹13,999, 6GB/64GB priced at ₹14,999 and finally 8GB/128GB priced at ₹16,999.
