Juhi Chawla’s 5G plea: Delhi HC to pronounce judgment today. Details here

The Delhi High Court is scheduled to pronounce on Friday its judgment on a lawsuit filed by actress-environmentalist Juhi Chawla against the setting up of 5G wireless networks in the country.

Justice JR Midha will pronounce the judgement in the plea, in which Chawal has raised issues related to the radiation impact on the living.

Her petition states that if the telecommunications industry’s plans for 5G come to fruition, no person, no animal, no bird, no insect and no plant on Earth will be able to avoid exposure 24 hours a day.

She says that RF radiation due to RF is 10x to 100x times greater than what exists today.
