Indus Towers appoints Prachur Sah as MD & CEO

New Delhi: Indus Towers, Friday, said the board of directors has appointed Prachur Sah as the managing director and chief executive officer of the company, as well as an additional director. His appointment will take effect from January 3, 2023 for a period of five years.

The appointment, subject to the approval of the company’s shareholders, comes after the previous managing director and CEO, Bimal Dayal resigned from the post to join Adani Transmission as the CEO from October 1.
