Eupheus Learning acquires ClassKlap for $19 million

Delhi-based business-to-business edtech company Eupheus Learning announced on Tuesday that it has acquired ClassKlap for $19 million (Rs 139 crore) in an all-stock deal.

“With this, Eupheus Learning will become the largest schools focused edtech company in India and will be the only company in the K-12 space to operate in the premium as well as the affordable schools space,” said the company.
