Accolite Digital and Bounteous announce merger

Accolite Digital, a digital engineering and data & AI services provider and technology firm Bounteous have announced that they are merging with one another to create a new end-to-end digital transformation services consultancy. The combined company will be headquartered out of Chicago with offices across North America, Europe, Asia and will be 5,000 people strong.

Currently, while Accolite has around 2400 people globally, Bounteous has 800 people with considerable presence in Chennai for both companies.

Post the merger, the company serves over 300 Fortune 1000 and high growth clients, and will look to scale to over a billion dollar company in the next few years, the companies said in a statement. Both companies are backed by New Mountain Capital, a New York-based investment firm. Keith Schwartz will serve as CEO and Leela Kaza will serve as Co-CEO of the combined entity. The combined entity will serve top global companies across sectors including banking, financial services, insurance, consumer goods, telecom, technology and others. The new entity has plans to invest substantially in building out its GenAI capabilities and growing global delivery capabilities.

“As customer demands become increasingly complex, businesses need a technology partner who can see the bigger picture and deliver solutions that help them win in their category. Bounteous’s business is complementary to Accolite’s, and both organisations also have a culture fit thus ensuring smooth transition for both teams,” Leela Kaza, founder and CEO of Accolite, said. After this transaction, our service offerings expand significantly and Bounteous go-to-market skills will help in growth, he added.

“This combination accelerates the vision Bounteous has been working toward since our founding- to become the world’s preeminent digital innovation partner. Accolite shares our obsession with customer success and has an admirable track record of creating lasting value and impact for their clients,” Keith Schwartz, so-founder and CEO of Bounteous, said.
