Accolite Digital and Bounteous announce merger

Chennai: Accolite Digital, a digital engineering and data & AI services provider and technology firm Bounteous have announced that they are merging with one another to create a new end-to-end digital transformation services consultancy. The combined company will be headquartered out of Chicago with offices across North America, Europe, Asia and will be 5,000 people strong.

Currently, while Accolite has around 2400 people globally, Bounteous has 800 people with considerable presence in Chennai for both companies.
