5G Spectrum

5G spectrum is the hot topic in the telecom industry. Various committees and groups have been formed to identify the 5G spectrum for auction. In this regard, the minutes of the standing committee on 5G spectrum are presented in box-A, the analysis by CEWiT of coexistence of services in certain bands is at box-B, and demands by Broadband India Forum (BIF) is at box-C. So far, 380 MHz band has been identified in the lower (MHz) frequency bands, while 1600 MHz has been planned in higher (GHz) frequency band.
