PMO reviews CPSEs

Nripendra Misra, the principal secretary to the Prime Minister, took meeting with the chiefs of two telecom PSUs – Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) and Bharat Broadband Network Ltd (BBNL). The meeting was called to review the capex of CPSEs of various ministries, whose achievements was less than 50 per cent till November 2016 of the targets for 2016-17. The main points of discussion and the decisions taken in the meetings are as follows.
