The Department of Telecommunication (DoT) is in the process of taking final decision on approaching the Punjab & Haryana High Court requesting them to decide priority of claims & counter claims against the telecom licenses that S.Tel had before the same were cancelled following the Supreme Court Order in the 2G Scam in February 2012.
