ZTE Axon 10 Pro 5G smartphone launched at MWC 2019

NEW DELHI: Chinese smartphone maker ZTE has launched its first 5G smartphone at the ongoing tech show MWC 2019 in Barcelona, Spain. Dubbed as ZTE Axon 10 Pro 5G, the smartphone is expected to be available in Europe and China in the first half of 2019. The company has partnered with leading global carriers, such as China Unicom, Elisa and Hutchison Drei Austria for the smartphone.

The ZTE Axon 10 Pro 5G features a 6.47-inch AMOLED FHD+ display with a waterdrop notch and 1440×2560 pixel resolution. The display is protected with a coating of Corning Gorilla Glass on top. The smartphone runs Android Pie 9.0 operating system and is powered by the high-end Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor with Snapdragon X50 5G modem and an AI Performance Engine.
