Zetwerk makes fourth acquisition through Unimacts

Contract manufacturer Zetwerk on Wednesday said it has acquired US-based manufacturing services company Unimacts for $39 million, marking its fourth acquisition this year.

The transaction is a mix of cash and equity, people aware of the discussion told ET.
