Zee-Sony Row: Sony ‘disappointed’ after SIAC allows Zee to approach India tribunal over merger dispute

Sony Entertainment (India) has expressed disappointment over the Singapore International Arbitration Centre’s (SIAC) order allowing Zee Entertainment to approach Indian tribunal to enforce a $10 billion merger with Sony’s Indian unit.
