YouTube brings new feature to help parents ‘supervise’ what their kids watch
YouTube is introducing a new feature to help parents control what their children watch on YouTube. This feature is aimed for those kids who no longer will find the Youtube Kids app interesting as they have grown up but are not adults yet to enjoy the entire YouTube catalogue of videos.
As a platform, YouTube has required a minimum age of 13 for anyone to use it. For people below that age, the company recommends use of YouTube Kids, which is a dedicated app built with simple curated content for kids.
