You may not have to wait too long for the ‘cheapest’ iPhone

Apple is claimed to working on launching the successor to iPhone SE in the first half of next year as per renowned analyst and Apple tipster Ming Chi-Kuo. Now, Kuo has given a bit more clarity on the date of the launch and has suggested that the iPhone SE 2 (name unconfirmed) will be launched at the end of March next year. According to a report by MacRumors, the Cupertino-based tech giant is scheduled to start mass production of this iPhone in January 2020.

Notably, Apple iPhone SE that was launched in 2016 was launched on March 21, pre-orders of the handset began March 24 and it went on sale starting March 31. Then in March 2017, Apple re-launched the handset in larger storage models.
