Yotta partners with Piql for long term information preservation service

Data centre firm Yotta Infrastructure said it is partnering with Norwegian data storage technology developer Piql to introduce this service in India. Yotta Preserve will work with the government, industry and museums and the movie industry to provide a long-term storage solution that will allow them to indefinitely store information.

“Different industries require to archive data for future reference. Yotta Preserve – powered by Piql can store analog, digital, video, audio, manuscripts, and every form of content available on earth. Yotta Preserve delivers the best of both worlds, data archived can be secured physically and accessible digitally”, said Sunil Gupta, co-founder and CEO, Yotta Infrastructure. The data would be stored using the technology solution from Piql at Yotta’s data centre in Mumbai.
