Xiaomi’s Redmi K20 to take on OnePlus 7

OnePlus, earlier in the week, launched the flagship OnePlus 7 series in Bengaluru on May 14 and the initial reactions from the tech critics and fans alike are overwhelming.

Now, arch-rival Xiaomi, which dented the OnePlus 6 series sale prospects with Poco F1 in 2018, is back with a cheeky teaser on Twitter hinting a new marquee phone is on way to take on OnePlus 7.

Xiaomi’s Redmi India said –‘Congratulations, OnePlus! We heard about your new flagship Regards Flagship Killer (855) 2.0 coming soon’ and added ‘Cometh the flagship, cometh the flagship Killer 2.0. Coming soon #Redmi’.

As we can see, Xiaomi is not bringing the Poco F1 successor, but instead, introduce new ‘Redmi’ branded phone with Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 octa-core to go against OnePlus 7 and the 7 Pro.
