Xiaomi sacks three employees for spreading rumours about Xiaomi cars, here’s what company said on the dismissal

Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi Corp has dismissed three employees for spreading rumours about Xiaomi car. According to the company, these employees have been dismissed for seriously misleading the market and interrupting the normal operation of Xiaomi cars.

Xiaomi is reported to have moved closer to EV production, with a unit of automaker BAIC Group applying for regulatory approval to build two Xiaomi-branded cars.
