Work From Home / Anywhere

Government has released new guidelines for the Other Service Providers (OSPs) to promote Work from Home / Anywhere. It has also reduced the compliance burden for the BPO industry. The registration requirement has been removed for OSPs and the BPO industry engaged in data related work.

Also, the requirements such as deposit of bank guarantees, static IPs, frequent reporting obligations, publication of network diagram, penal provisions, etc have been removed.
