WNS net profit drops 6.7% in Q4, gives higher guidance

WNS reported a 6.7% decline in net profit to $27.5 million, while revenue saw a near 2% decline to $243.9 million during the quarter to March.

During the year-ago period, the business process management (BPM) company reported a net profit of $29.5 million on revenue of $248.3 million.

For the full year, the company reported a revenue of $912.6 million, down 1.7% from $928.3 million in fiscal 2020. Net profit declined nearly 12% to $102.6 million.

“While our full year results were adversely impacted by the global pandemic, we are pleased with our overall execution in a very difficult environment and our business momentum exiting the fiscal year.
