Wireline ISP Excitel launches IPTV service in Hyderabad

NEW DELHI: Wireline internet service provider (ISP) Excitel on Wednesday launched its Internet Protocol TV (IPTV) services, Excitel TV, in Hyderabad.

“Following IPTV’s success in Delhi, under the flagship plan ‘Cable Cutter’, Excitel is offering high-quality regional television content and premium OTT platforms with an incredibly high speed internet,” the ISP said.

Excitel IPTV provides access to regional TV channels and integrates over-the-top (OTT) content platforms such as ZEE5, Sun Nxt, Disney Hotstar, SonyLIV, Aha TV, Namma Flix, and others. It also offers speeds of up to 400Mbps.
