Wipro to acquire US-based ITI for USD 45 million

BENGALURU: WiproNSE -0.27 % said it would acquire International TechneGroup Incorporated (ITI), a global digital engineering and manufacturing solutions company for $45 million.

The Bengaluru-headquartered IT services major said this acquisition would add value to its core services in industry

4.0 and will allow Wipro to offer end-to-end solutions in Digital Engineering and Manufacturing.
