Wipro files case against ex-CFO Jatin Dalal who joined Cognizant

Bengaluru: In another lawsuit, IT major Wipro has filed a complaint against its former chief financial officer (CFO) Jatin Dalal, who joined global rival Cognizant on December 1.

While the reasons for the suit remain uncertain, the next hearing is scheduled on January 3, a person with direct knowledge ET spoke to confirmed.

Dalal announced his resignation in September after a stint of over 21 years at Wipro, India’s fourth largest IT service provider. Dalal’s last day at Wipro was November 30.
