Wipro cancels Q1 guidance: Key Q4 takeaways

MUMBAI: India’s third-largest IT firm WiproNSE -0.29 % reported an in-line 6 per cent year-on-year (YoY) fall in profit on Wednesday. However, the company refrained from providing revenue guidance for the June quarter due to current volatile environment in light of the coronavirus pandemic.

The company posted a profit of Rs 2,345.20 crore for the March quarter compared with Rs 2,493.90 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

Analysts in an ET NOW poll had projected the figure at Rs 2,356 crore.
