Wipro bags multi-million dollar deal to overhaul Nokia’s digital workplace services

NEW DELHI: Homegrown IT and consulting services firm Wipro has won a multi-million dollar deal from Finnish telecom gear maker Nokia to overhaul the latter’s employee service desk and provide seamless, real-time IT support.
The companies, however, did not divulge the exact financial details of the deal.
Wipro said in a regulatory filing Wednesday that its team will build a bespoke, artificial intelligence (AI)-powered, cloud-based solution for Nokia’s workforce comprising 86,700 users.
