Wipro appoints Pierre Bruno as CEO of European operations

Mumbai: Indian IT services firm Wipro Ltd. has appointed Pierre Bruno as chief executive officer of its European operations.

Bruno joins the Bengaluru-based IT services provider from DXC Technology Co., where he was vice president and managing director of southern Europe, responsible for all business lines, including consulting, integration, apps, cloud and cyber security.

The appointment comes at a time when Wipro CEO Thierry Delaporte is strengthening the IT service provider’s leadership team across geographies.
