Will be ‘preferred brand for a confident new India’: AI Express CEO Aloke Singh
NEW DELHI: Providing seamless connections on Air India’s global network; a “huge fleet; best I class value” and “warmth of Indian hospitality” with hot meals.
Tata Group’s Air India Express on Monday gave a glimpse of its future as it prepares to merge AirAsia India (now AIX Connect) into it and become a mega low cost carrier for which 190 Boeing 737 MAX have already been ordered. While with over 60% domestic market share IndiGo is one of the world’s biggest LCCs, AI Express plans to take off too in coming years under the Tatas.
Ahead of its new logo launch, Tata LCCs’ MD Aloke Singh on Monday spoke about the airline’s vision “to inspire new possibilities and make meaningful connections with unmatched warmth” in a town hall to employees of both airlines.
