Why Steam, Epic Games and other publishers may be cancelling pre-orders of this game in 170 countries

PC game library platforms including Steam, Epic and Green Man Gaming are reportedly cancelling and refunding pre-orders of the PC port of Ghost of Tsushima for buyers who live in over 170 countries and don’t have access to the PlayStation Network (PSN). Earlier, the developer of Ghost of Tsushima, Sucker Punch also confirmed that Steam players didn’t need to sign up for PSN if they only wanted to play the single-player campaign of the Director’s Cut on Steam.
