WhatsApp dark mode feature spotted on desktop: All you need to know

WhatsApp has been testing beta versions of the dark mode feature on both Android and iOS smartphones for quite some time now. Although these features are currently not available for users in a stable update, chances are they might roll out globally soon. Apart from the mobile app, the feature is also expected to arrive on WhatsApp Web as well.

According to a fresh report by WABetaInfo, a blog that tracks WhatsApp developments, the Facebook-owned app has been spotted working to bring the dark theme for its web and desktop platforms.

The blog also noticed a few significant changes with regard to the dark interface on the desktop app such as the dark theme itself, the emojis, stickers and much more.
