WhatsApp Business users can now sync their Facebook page details

WhatsApp Business app has received a new update that lets users sync their Facebook page details. This feature is available on WhatsApp Business app for iOS and Android.

First spotted by Android Police, what this feature does is WhatsApp Business users who have an existing Facebook page can sync details directly now. This feature also lets WhatsApp Business users run ads on Facebook which will directly link to WhatsApp when clicked on.

How to do it

WhatsApp Business users need to first ensure their app is updated to the latest version from Google Play and App Store. After this, open the settings menu on the WhatsApp Business app and choose ‘Linked Accounts’. Here you’ll have the option to open Facebook and link the existing page.
