Prime Minister Narendra Modi has urged people across the country to change the display picture on social media accounts to “Tiranga”. In his ‘Mann Ki Baat’ programme last month, the PM appealed to citizens to make “Har Ghar Tiranga” a mass movement by using the national flag as their profile picture on social media between August 2 and 15.
