Vodafone Idea sets up first telecom site in Parapatta village to cater to connectivity needs

NEW DELHI: Vodafone Idea (Vi) Thursday said it has set up a telecom tower in Parapatta Village, Kozhikode to serve the connectivity as well as online education needs of students in the area.

With this, Vi has become the first Indian telco to service this area.

The Vi telecom site set up in the village was commissioned by Kodenchery Grama Panchayat President, Alex Thomas, as per an official statement.
