Vodafone Idea says ensuring 4G+ connectivity for its customers in West Bengal

NEW DELHI: Telecom operator Vodafone Idea said today its field engineers are working round the clock to ensure that 4G+ connectivity stays available for its customers in West Bengal so that they remain connected with their ‘loved ones’ during the lockdown period and reaffirmed its commitment of ensuring connectivity for its 26.19 million customers in West bengal

The operator further said it has prepared a business continuity plan (BCP) in order to ensure that customers who reach out to call centres can avail its customer care services.
