Vodafone Idea issues OCDs to ATC

Mumbai: Vodafone Idea Monday said that it has allotted 12000 unsecured, unrated and unlisted Optionally Convertible Debentures (OCDs) to ATC Telecom Infrastructure Private Ltd.

“The balance 4000 number of OCDs shall be allotted upon receipt of application form and subscription money and due intimation of the same shall be filed as necessary,” Vi said in a filing to the BSE.
