Vodafone Idea completes issuance of OCDs to ATC

Mumbai: Vodafone Idea has completed the allotment of optionally convertible debentures (OCDs) to ATC Telecom Infrastructure Private Limited (ATC), it informed the Bombay Stock Exchange Tuesday evening.

A day prior, the telco had issued 12000 of the 16000 OCDs to be issued to ATC for a sum of Rs 1600 crore. The balance 4000 OCDs were to be allotted upon receipt of application form and subscription money.
