Vodafone Business inks strategic partnership with RingCentral to offer cloud services to enterprises

NEW DELHI: Telecom operator Vodafone’s business solutions arm Vodafone Business Thursday inked a strategic partnership deal with RingCentral, a provider of global enterprise cloud communications.

Under the partnership agreement, the two companies will establish a co-branded, cloud-based service that will provide Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Centre as a Service (CCaS) to Vodafone Business customers.

The jointly developed cloud platform will deliver convenient and secure services to customers, said Vodafone Business, and added that it will be offered to customers of all sizes, enabling them to leverage next-gen communications and collaboration technologies.
