Vodafone aims to cash in on 5G by offering fibre-like speeds, premium services, private networks: Report

NEW DELHI: Vodafone intends to cash in on the fifth-generation or 5G technology by providing fibre-like data speeds, offering premium services through Massive MIMO, and by deploying private networks, Mobile World Live (MWL) reported.

Marco Zangani, Chief Network Officer at Vodafone Italia, noted that private networks is an area where “the real 5G services and applications can be seen”, as per the report.
