Vivo may launch the X70 smartphone in September and tablet next year, claims report

Chinese smartphone maker Vivo may launch its X70 smartphone in September and is working on an in-house ISP chip that will come integrated with the smartphone, as per a report by MyFixGuide. The report is based upon a press conference held by Hu Baishan, president, Vivo China.

He reportedly said that there was going to be a Vivo V1 ISP inside the X70 smartphone. He also revealed that a Vivo tablet is in the works and will come out in the first half of 2022. The company is also planning to implement the 1+3+N strategy which is about one smartphone in the centre of the web, controlling three peripheral devices like smartwatches, tablets, headphones, etc., which are connected to other smart devices further.
