Verizon partners with Nokia to launch private 5G platform for enterprises

NEW DELHI: American telecoms company Verizon Business has partnered with Finland’s telecoms gear maker Nokia to launch an international private 5G platform for enterprises located in Europe and the Asia-Pacific region.

The partnership will enable businesses to deploy an industrial-grade private 5G network within their premises.

A private 5G network offers ultra-low latency, along with increased speed, and the deployment of a customized on-site mobile network.
