Verizon partners with Google Cloud to deploy AI-powered customer care services
NEW DELHI: American telecom operator Verizon said it has partnered with Google Cloud to deploy AI-assisted Google Cloud Contact Center AI solution to power its customer care services.
The Google Cloud Contact Center AI solution will enable Verizon’s customer care agents to better respond to customer queries, as well as assist customers directly courtesy of conversational artificial intelligence (AI).
The AI solution further offers advantages such as natural language recognition technologies that are coupled with faster processing and real-time access to customer insights and product information.
