US’ MRCC Group buys G-Cube, deal seen at Rs 100 crore

Pune: US-headquartered MRCC Group has announced acquisition of digital learning firm G-Cube in what it claims is the largest transaction in the corporate learning space in India. People in the know said MRCC paid more than Rs 100 crore for the acquisition.

“As the corporate learning market matures, we envision many more consolidations, nurturing many like-minded mergers in the industry to bring in top value players to the fore,” said Anil Shah, chairman of MRCC Group. Shah did not share any financial details of the deal.
