US FTC sues Amazon

The US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) had filed a complaint against Amazon for its years-long effort to enrol consumers into its Prime program without their consent while knowingly making it difficult for consumers to cancel their subscriptions to Prime. The complaint was filed in the US District Court for the Western District of Washington.
