US’ CareStack acquires Airtel-backed tech startup Waybeo

NEW DELHI: US-based dental software solutions firm CareStack has acquired Waybeo, a technology startup in which Bharti Airtel owns a 10% stake, for an undisclosed sum to enhance patient communications in the healthcare sector.

Waybeo offers advanced intelligence services in ad-generated phone calls. “The acquisition will transform patient-practice communication in healthcare by integrating Waybeo’s cutting-edge technology with CareStack’s market dominance in dental care,” CareStack said on Tuesday.
