Unicommerce appoints board leaders

According to an official release, on December 20, 2023, Unicommerce, an e-commerce enablement SaaS platform, announced the appointment of five industry leaders to its board.

It is believed that Unicommerce has inducted Manoj Kohli, Ullas Kamath and Sairee Chahal as independent directors and Kunal Bahl and Rohit Bansal as non-executive directors. The expansion of Unicommerce’s board is expected to augment its leadership reach, institutionalise its governance structure and help the company to grow.
