UK safety Institute releases AI-safety tool ‘Inspect’; Here’s all you need to know

The U.K. Safety Institute, a AI safety body of the U.K released a toolset designed to “strengthen AI safety”. The new safety tool is expected to make it easier for industry, research organizations and academia to develop AI evaluations.

Reportedly, the new tool named ‘Inspect’ will be available under an open source license, specifically an MIT License. Inspect aims to assess certain capabilities of AI models. It will also look into AI models’ core knowledge and ability to reason, and generate a score based on the results.
