Twitter temporarily limits how many tweets you can see

Last evening, several users complained of being unable to read tweets, reading the message, “Rate Limit Exceeded,” assuming that the microblogging platform has gone down. Apparently, they reached the new rate limit set by Musk and Co., which limits most users to viewing 1,000 tweets a day (as of Musk’s recent tweet).

Twitter has implemented stricter limits on the number of tweets users can view daily. Musk announced on Saturday that unverified accounts can only view 600 posts per day, while new accounts are limited to 300 tweets daily. Verified accounts, on the other hand, can access up to 6,000 posts per day.
