Twitter quietly removes the need for login to read tweets
Last month Twitter started asking users to sign-in on the platform in order to view a tweet. The micro blogging platform was seen asking users to sign-in into their Twitter account if they want to view any tweet. Now it appears that this feature rolled out by the company was not really liked by the users. Twitter has now reportedly removed these restrictions.
According to a report by Engadget, Twitter has silently removed login restrictions for viewing tweets. The publication reported that many of the Twitter users were once again able to view individual tweets without logging-in into their Twitter accounts. “Profiles still seem to be busted for those who aren’t signed in, however.
