Recently, Chennai experienced a drop in temperature as winter began to approach, and Twitterati have had a field day as hilarious memes celebrated the phenomenon in a unique way. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted that Chennai would see heavy rains, strong surface winds, tornadoes, and lightning in the coming days. The IMD further noted that remote areas like Kancheepuram, Thiruvalluvar, and Ranipet in the Tamil Nadu and Puducherry districts were most likely to get rain on the 21st of November.
